“I've only needed something from Napa probably a handful of times in the last 20 years. But every time I've gone the customer service has been outstanding. They come up to me and ask if I need help. They will research what I need if they don't know it right away. They have helped me put things on (windshield wipers). They carried a battery out to my car just to confirm it was the right fit even though the book/program said it was right model. They are great all around.”
