Out of town for 2weeks. I have two chairs and two sets of stairs -even left a tarp because I knew boxes would arrive in my absence. And where does the driver leave them all?? In a puddle on the ground!! 7 Soaked cardboard boxes and soaked contents! Common sense goes a long ways… sometimes.

Horrible, unhelpful shipping company, it’s been a week past my initial delivery estimate. DONT USE FEDEX!!!!!!!

Helpful, happy, active staff. Something wrong with my prepaid label, they fixed and got it work within few minutes.
