“2018 KIA Sorento Brake job. Rear calipers, pads, rotors. Front pads. In and out couple hours after scheduled appointment time. Not bad for Xmas week and had to order parts day before. Sub zero temps didn't slow down progress. Thanks for the efficiency and reliability and availability. I would use again. BTW $1300+ about normal for peninsula rates.”
“I don't write a lot of reviews, so this might be of use:I want to start with: I am not mechanically inclined. I go to NAPA for help - our rear winshield wiper was useless and I needed advice on what to buy, and (sigh), yes, how to replace it. (laugh if you want - I needed help)Howard was at the register. After humbly explaining that I am mechanically the village idiot, and asking for help, both in picking the wiper and installation - Howard rung us up (less than $20) and walked out to our car (Toyota Rav 4, 2015) and installed out blade.This is the second time we've gone to NAPA and needed help with "stupid simple" installs, and both times the staff was helpful, professional, and never once made me feel stupid. (lol, even if he thought it).I hope this message is found by NAPA and someone will please write up Howard for a positive counseling to go in his record. Is what he did huge? No - but to me it was what I NEEDED. Did he do some act of bravery or whatnot? No, but he was kind, helpful and I want to go back to NAPA for my next auto fix need.The staff has, in my limited experience (2 visits) ALL been like this and it needs to be said and recognized.THANK YOU and we *will* be coming back for our next automotive need.”

“The Kendall Ford Dealership of Soldotna, Alaska went above and beyond helping me get back into a great vehicle after my 2024 Explorer was totaled by a tree falling on it. They communicated well in advance of our visit with my husband and held the cars we were hoping to look at despite other enquiries after ours. They were always informative but low pressure and made the entire experience pleasant. They are also a VERY dog friendly dealership, welcoming our pup inside with water, tons of scritches and even a home-made, frozen, muffin-pan treat. After our test drive & decision on a car, they moved quickly through the paperwork and even managed to find a place from the prior car we could get money back! I want to especially thank Jorge Garcia, Travis Burnett and Keith (sorry I didn't get your last name). We are from Anchorage, and before we left, they let us know that the highway had been closed by an accident. They called around town to find us a hotel that had dog-friendly rooms available.
