“I have an older jappanese mst 1500 morooka that is hard to get parts for and the engine coolant radiator was toast. Sent it to Jack and he turned it right around without a hitch. Back in buisness. The machine is located in Ekuk Alaska and took 3 plane rides and 2 days to get to jack and 2 days back. Down for a week total and the only reason that was because Jack was waiting on a new core. Good job Jack”

“The Kendall Ford Dealership of Soldotna, Alaska went above and beyond helping me get back into a great vehicle after my 2024 Explorer was totaled by a tree falling on it. They communicated well in advance of our visit with my husband and held the cars we were hoping to look at despite other enquiries after ours. They were always informative but low pressure and made the entire experience pleasant. They are also a VERY dog friendly dealership, welcoming our pup inside with water, tons of scritches and even a home-made, frozen, muffin-pan treat. After our test drive & decision on a car, they moved quickly through the paperwork and even managed to find a place from the prior car we could get money back! I want to especially thank Jorge Garcia, Travis Burnett and Keith (sorry I didn't get your last name). We are from Anchorage, and before we left, they let us know that the highway had been closed by an accident. They called around town to find us a hotel that had dog-friendly rooms available. Would 100% go there for my next vehicle purchase.”
