“We recently applied for a loan with GCU. Elise from the Solfotna branch was very helpful in explaining our options beforehand. She suggested applying online which we hoped would make an easier proces however, the online experience ended up being more frustrating than expected. Thankfully, when we went in Jon at the Soldotna branch stepped in and made all the difference—he answered our questions with patience and genuine care and made the process much smoother. While I wouldn’t recommend handling a car loan entirely online, we’re very grateful for Jon’s support in the end.”
