“Brought a friends car in to O'Reilly's because it wouldn't start in the frigid temperatures (the friend is an older lady who lives alone about 30 miles from town). After testing the battery, Mario installed a new battery as well as a battery blanket and then also checked to make sure the alternator was charging properly. He was super helpful and genuinely kind in making sure this lady wouldn't be stranded in the cold. There are multiple places in town to buy batteries, but OReilly's staff sure earned our future business!”
