Many products often out of stock, customer service cashier with the short grey hair, named Karen very rude. Picked up an online order yesterday and found that 60% of a package of cherry tomatoes was moldy and the remaining 40% were covered in spores, had to throw out entire package. In same order, a package of almonds i bought was over 5 months past expiration. Always a problem with this place. Theres a reason they are second to Walmart.

Great one stop shop but the best is Lucki the self check out attendant. She made my kids day with stickers. I watched her walk around and help everyone. Great customer service. Great lady!

I have been shopping Fred Meyers since they first came to this area back in the late seventies early eighties they have always been clean and friendly that being said since they changed the store recently I no longer enjoy shopping there. The long isles make me feel claustrophobic and it takes to long to get through the store. I will only be going there when I absolutely have to now :( also produce is not as good as it used to be and as far as clothing goes they have never carried my sz. O to 2 tall... I'm hoping they will reconsider these long isles and take older customers into consideration.

Deli completely empty at lunch time. Customer service had a line of over 10 people and no one called for extra help or acknowledged anyone. I brought a bus of people and they had to go elsewhere.

Very nice store reasonable grocery prices. Lots of RV parking. Plus, if you have a Kriger reward card, you get $ off fuel! We got .30 off diesel ⛽️

Worst Starbuck experience of our lives. Should not have Starbucks at Fred Meyers unless it is staffed and trained properly.
Waited 9 minutes to be served. We timed it. It took the staff 9 minutes to make one drink. One barista was making the drink, the other was washing dishes the entire time. After waiting I just asked for a large coffee. Was informed no lids available. How about a medium? Same lid size.
How about a small? Yes, we can do that. I pay, she turns around, then says to us, "Sorry, we don't have any coffee."
When asked if I'd like to wait for a pour over, I declined and asked for a refund. I was told they cannot refund.
So I left and made a mandatory donation to Starbucks.

Just because we only have two grocery store options doesn't mean it's okay to not provide customer service. Only the faces I've seen there for years are willing to greet customers. The store manager seems to not care at all. When I asked the service desk to alert management of a domestic violence situation that began in the parking lot and then came in the store the store manager did not react at all, not even for a description of the people involved, Not remotely professional.
