When I called it took forever to get someone to talk to about getting Internet where I live then I was put on hold again and told give me a few minutes to check it out and on hold again forever then they said they have to do more checking and someone will call me back shortly and let me know that was two weeks ago and no one has called me and I'm not going to call them ever again

Horrible service. Moved their call centers to some other country. Can't get a tech to come out to my place. Been paying for GCI 1GB Red, I've been getting 10-30% of my paid for service for a few weeks now. Haven't been able to get a tech out to my house.

I literally had to pay my bill twice because this store didn't take my full payment when I went in to pay my bill.

Started out great with fantastic costumer service. All came to an end after being a costumer for 4 weeks. The rep at the store treated me like i was incompetent.My internet doesn’t work properly so i contacted IT. Again very rude costumer service and nobody can help.Very disappointing

Even tho their service sucks in most places in alaska and their telephonic customer service isn't even in the US they make up for it with low service cost and positive personalized service in store.

Yukon TV stinks!!! The DVR does not work. See picture of error code that is a constant problem. Extremely long waits online and on the phone to speak to a tech and then the service is still down 2 weeks later. I am also due a refund for overpayment but didn't get. I suggest folks look around for better service.

I've only one complaint this is the only store in the area. (Meaning it get busy) Make sure to get there with plenty of time before your next engagement. The employees are great and very willing to do what they can.

Always, always always! Look to find ways to save money.Like if you still have a home phone (Lan line) with ACS through GCI it may be cheaper to take it and convert it into a cell line, with unlimited internet and a free hot spot. And save money.Good luck and GCI has a friendly and helpful staff always willing tk help their customers! 10/10 would recommend!

NOT GOOD. Been with them since they started off and on. When a corporate office or computer makes decisions its time to part company. I'll be shopping around after my $500.00 Phone bill and canceled my contract. No loyalty points Earned with that behavior.
