“Was able to visit Homestead Gifts on my last day in Soldotna/Sterling area. Absolutely loved the store, there were so many beautiful pieces and assorted gifts. I ended up buying a knife that was made in Alaska to remember my trip, but I enjoyed there was a great scale and variety of relatively inexpensive gifts to more high end quality purchases. The lady running the shop was so kind and I was glad I could support the business and area before I left. Also, the store is immaculate and very well organized. Check it out.”
“visited this fabulous place in august during our rv trip in alaska, i was able to find and buy amazing moose antlers. i met the son of the original owner, who shared he was born and raised in this store and home next door. he shared amazing stories and i was completely fascinated!! they have an amazing selection of stones and local artists works. he also is an artist himself and was working on something when we pulled our rv over.
