“I've been on a fitness journey for nearly 3 months. I've lost 48 pounds. I have more stamina, strength, and flexibility. But one 45 minute pound class with Amber has me absolutely HUMBLED. I've worked muscles in ways I didn't know I could and I'm feeling that today. Getting up from the couch or bending over to pick something up is narrated by involuntary moans and groans.All that said, a friend invited me to this class and I'm so glad I went. It is so much fun. I didn't fully understand how much I worked my body until today when I woke up. I'm looking forward to another opportunity to go.”

“Great gym for anyone in body building, powerlifting, general fitness, CrossFit, and so fourth… very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always nice and happy to see you there! The gym is more commercial so if you’re on the look for a purely based strongman/powerlifting gym, might have to look somewhere else. But as far as everything else goes, they’re still amazing! They even have 3 different deadlift bars!”

“I wish there was more machine options. I'm glad i have the lower cost but I'm not sure if you were to sign up with the higher cost you would be impressed. I do like that it's anytime but there are things that could be imporved upon”
