“Did a drop in for a week while working in Kenai. Was supposed to be 2 but I got wicked sick and had to forego. Great gym, great instructors, great group of folks! Really fun place.”

“I've been on a fitness journey for nearly 3 months. I've lost 48 pounds. I have more stamina, strength, and flexibility. But one 45 minute pound class with Amber has me absolutely HUMBLED. I've worked muscles in ways I didn't know I could and I'm feeling that today. Getting up from the couch or bending over to pick something up is narrated by involuntary moans and groans. All that said, a friend invited me to this class and I'm so glad I went. It is so much fun. I didn't fully understand how much I worked my body until today when I woke up. I'm looking forward to another opportunity to go.”

“Really nice layout and selection of machines. Wasn't crazy about the leg extension machine but it got the job done. About as clean as any other 24/7 bar bending gym. Everyone seemed really good about wiping down their machines after use and there were plenty of sanitation stations distributed throughout the facility. Good variety of snacks available for purchase through either Venmo or a cash drop box. The life fitness cable machines could use some greasing on their adjustment poles unless these particular models have an intentionally resistant movement when adjusting. Other than that great place to get an early morning pump!”

“Have heard nothing but good things about this facility. Spoke with Melanie inquiring about unposted info on whether or not they had a sauna, she was very informative and an absolute delight to speak to over the phone. If people like that are working here, it’s a 5 star from me!”
