Says it is open till 5:30 on Friday on the internet and on their door, but it was closed when I showed up at 5:05. No sign on the door saying they closed early.

This office is supposed to be in Soldotna, yet I cannot get anyone on the phone. I spend five minutes talking to a computer that wants me to speak Spanish. This is not California or Texas, Soldotna should speak English!!! If you can't bother to answer the phone, I will NOT be signing up with you!

Mike showed up for our installation, he was very polite and personable. He went out of his way to find the best spot to place the dish on our property without cutting down any trees. He was on time and called just before his arrival. Very happy with the installation service. Thank you!

I have only had my service for a few hours. But I need to comment on the technician that showed up at my house on 12/26/17. We had waited for over a month to get cable / dish. The first guy that showed up informed us that we were not able to get Direct TV so we ended up back on the schedule for Dish TV. They had set us up for a mid day apt. Unfortunately, this guys schedule had been pushed out with his previous house calls and ended up arriving at 4pm. After checking things out it was almost 5pm, dark and 18 degrees outside. This man, Nathan, stayed here for 5 hours, digging holes to set poles in concrete and doing everything he could to get our dish set up. Unfortunately things just didn't work out and the guy went home at 9pm. Truth be told I felt horrible he was having to go through so much to bring me dish set up. He came back this morning and after a couple of hours managed to get it all worked out. This guy is a rock star and needs to be told so! I honestly don't know many people that would go through what he did to hook up tv. Seriously. Personally I would have bailed after a couple of hours of tromping through the snow, digging a hold in frozen land, running new cables, and after all of that not have the receiver work.. Most patient person ever.

Got service during the winter so it took a couple of visits to complete. David and Todd were great and we appreciated their professionalism and curteous manner. They worked hard to get us going, thanks and well done!

Had to wait almost 6 weeks for my service to be transferred from Sterling to Kenai but once they got me scheduled everything went very smoothly.
When the guys (David and Seth) showed up they had me connected and ready to get back to my DT in Less than an hour! They tested my equipment and made sure everything was working before they left. They explained all the features and were very knowledgeable about getting DT hooked up in my apartment quickly and efficiently. Both men were polite and very professional! It was well worth the wait.

I give them zero stars but I have to hit the first one just to post! They came to connect my neighbors television on the 8th of June, it is now the 15th of June, and the tech disconnected mine and this is the third time they have done this! I have been trying to get them to come and reconnect my direct-tv but to no avail they are the worst customer service I have ever encountered and their techs obviously have no training or they just don't care.

SERVICE CALL TODAY (SUNDAY!!!) ON THE KENAI RIVER NEAR STERLING AK TO TROUBLESHOOT/CORRECT LOSS OF OUR DIRECTV SATELLITE SIGNAL. CODY ARRIVED ON TIME (CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM BEFORE ARRIVAL)--WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND METHODICALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. A DEFINITE A+++++ RATING/EXPERIENCE.---TED
