We had an amazing experience here. I can't say enough good things. The couple who run the facility are very hospitable and kind. The service is top-notch. The cabins are cozy, clean, and well equipped. A welcome sign had my name written on it for a personal touch. We were invited to the lodge for s'mores over the fire and conversation. And bonus the northern lights put on a private show for us! A hidden gem for sure - would love to return some day.

One of the best cabins we have stayed. This was the highlight of our Alaska trip with my family. We had a great experience in such a wonderful cabin on our way back to Anchorage. The cabin was right next to the creek and it was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The small kitchenette had everything we needed and wifi was excellent. Highly recommend!

There are just not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are well taken care of. The owners truly love what they do here. We were welcomed, they left the lights on for us, and the cabin was warm when we arrived. The lodge is accessible for the fire or the kitchen. The outdoor fire pit is comfy with lots of fire wood. We will be back when we can.

This is an idyllic cabin property for an Alaska experience. Our room was ready before arrival. We were greeted with the cutest cabin with our name on it. The bed is firm and cozy. The cute little makeup towel made me so happy since I accidentally got red lipstick on my hotel towel at another property. This makeup towel was dark and said makeup on it with a smiley face. So cute.
The amenities are nice. The bath rug was a real rug. The blankets were so warm and weighted.
I love this property and think it's been done exquisitely well. I am an avid traveler and would HIGHLY recommend this property at any time.

This was a very great place to stay. It was calm and the cabins were pretty. The rooms were clean and they made all the arrangements very good. They turned on the heater before our arrival. Thanks for their service.
Also they provide coupons for booking Talkeetna Air Taxi which was a wonderful ride.

We loved our stay at Talkeetna Wilderness Lodge and Cabins.
Off the main road a bit so it was very quiet there.
The bed was amazingly awesome and wonderful!
The cabin was clean and cozy with a screened in porch.
They had fireside gatherings each night with s'mores!
There is a kitchenette in each cabin, but they have a full kitchen you can use if needed in the lodge.
We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place.
Did I mention that the bed was fantastic? I can't even begin to tell you how great it was.

What a great place! The cabin was spacious and super-clean! It had everything we needed and the manager, Angie, was so friendly and accommodating. This is THE best place to stay! Easy to find and such a peaceful setting.

We stayed in the Family Cabin with our 3 children, place is amazing ! The owners and staff are the best, location, activities, and peaceful surroundings.You are a quick drive into town, but far enough away to have peace and quiet.The owners designed the cabins, the lodge, trails, and outdoor spaces with fun in mind. We highly recommend staying here, and will be back ourselves !!!

Beautiful little cabins that seem to be out in the middle of nowhere, but you are just a couple minutes from the highway and not too far from Talkeetna. Owners were very helpful. Cabins had everything you needed Nd had screened in front porches for afternoon sitting. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the mosquitos, but this was a problem for everywhere we went north of Anchorage during the few weeks we were there. Might bring some bug spray if the weather has been rainy and warm. Would recommend these cabins!Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Talkeetna is pretty close. I recommend the ATV tour on the way into Talkeetna for a homestead tour.Safety: More likely to run into a bear or moose than a bad guy!Walkability: Can hike through the woods to a creek that runs through the property, but too far away from civilization to walk to town.

Beautiful location with a campfire and trails to explore included, cozy and clean cabins with comfortable beds, and great staff. Definitely recommend!
