“Another cute shop in Talkeetna. This place had soo many things that I wanted to get. But traveling on a plane makes it hard to bring back everything in the store. Lol. I was able to get a few small things. The young lady at the register was really nice. She told me this was a sister shop to the ONCE IN A BLUE MOOSE STORE in Anchorage that we had visited as well. Which is why they had similar items for sale. This store has 3 different floors. Which this place dont seem that big. But make sure to look through everything. You will definitely find a gift for someone”

“Late Post Aug 23'Blue Moose Alaskan Gifts is a souvenir shop located in downtown Talkeetna, AK conveniently located across Denali Brew Pub. Have a brewski there and go shopping here! Honestly, it’s a tiny looking spot but offers tons of interesting things! Most locally sourced such as; coffee, all kinds of chocolate bars, variety of licorice, jewelry, books, mugs, pastries, cookies and so much more! I really liked the children and animal section. I got a book for my niece because she loves reading and learning. The book titled Molly in Denali talks about her culture, the animals, and the northern lights! As for the animal section, you can get a leash, snacks and collar! Come check them out, I’m sure you will find something here!”
