About Blueberry Lake State Recreation Site
Blueberry Lake State Recreation Site is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained campground with stunning views. It is considered the best in Valdez, with helpful hosts. The campsite is very nice, but the booking system has issues, leaving reserved spots empty and limiting spontaneous camping. The only waterfront spots are for RVs. Campers report a good experience with nature, including hearing bears at night, despite sometimes windy conditions.
