I highly recommend A&E Automotive and have been doing so for years! We’ve taken several cars to them, and they consistently deliver amazing work—always fast and trustworthy. As a woman, it’s a huge relief to know I can take my car there without fear of being lied to or scammed. I trust that my car will be safe to drive after their service.
James and his crew have always gone above and beyond to help get things fixed. If there's ever an issue, they handle it perfectly and are always happy to assist. I give A&E a solid 10/10 recommendation, and I know they’ll have our business for years to come!

Fourth stop of the day after O'Reilly, Meineke and Backcountry for battery issues. They did the tests again and agreed it was the battery, a cell was dead. They replaced it immediately and my vehicle started right up. No charges for anything. Very pleased! Highly recommend.

We had our van die on us in Denali, AK and came to A&E for repairs. I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. They took great care of my partner and I, were honest, and worked on our van immediately. They are the only reason we were able to complete our trip, and we are forever grateful! I had high hopes for this place but was quickly let down. I had work done on two of my vehicles. One I had an oil leak that was dripping and shorting out my O2 sensor. They changed the oil, changed the O2 sensor, changed the valve cover gaskets. The leak never went away and they told me multiple times it was gone. I looked and it was still there clear as day and smoking on the exhaust/cat. The other thing I noticed was the entire underside of my vehicle was covered in oil. They forgot to tighten the plug on the oil pan and it was leaking everywhere covering everything in oil. I called to tell them and they said "oh that couldn't have been us" and got defensive. (Like I did it....). So I tightened it and added oil so it was good.....
They told me they specialized in my vehicle. Needless to say the original problem finally got fixed by a different shop. The valve cover was heavily warped and needed replaced. The new shop said they don't now how this wasn't noticed because it was very apparent. They also left oily boot prints on my front bumper where they stood on my front bumper to look under the hood.
The inside smelled like alcohol and weed when I went back there to look at some things they wanted me to in the shop. One of the mechanics breath while he spoke smelled like alcohol. I won't ever bring my vehicle here again.

A&E has gone above and beyond! My daughters car has an electrical issue that was fixed and then reoccured. Vance drove to her location and performed a temporary fix so she could get home, and they'll get her back in to fix it. These guys are rock stars!
