I have multiple dogs who see the clinic, the most recent was a 10 week old puppy with Parvo. They did an amazing job of keeping him isolated and the prescriptions they sent me home with to treat him were exactly what we needed. They got me in the same day because of the emergency and I spoke with a vet over the phone every day. They were right there with me answering all my questions and giving me the support I needed. The pup is healthy now!
They also performed an emergency surgery on a different dog and it was a huge surgery. Same support and kindness, were able to get me in quickly and did right by my shepherd. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and the doctor was very aware of the amount of money I was able to spend And helped me keep the costs below that amount. She even helped me split some things up into the next week so I could pay with my next paycheck for some of the things my cats need. That was very helpful. Thank you!

I feel like I should write a review because my experience was much different. They may be a long time local busines but have old and new employees. Some are better at what they do than others. They were wrong when they told me my dog could have both male and female organs. They were also wrong when they told me my dog could be in renal and liver failure. All these speculations lead to tests and a surgery that may or may not have been necessary. I will never know. And of course, a huge bill. They sent us home after the surgery with no pain meds. Just sedatives. May be that's a common practice but I doubt it. We had to make a trip to Pet ER in Anchorage after that.
Prices are outrageous, but that's true for any vet in Alaska. And no, not everyone at the front desk is friendly. Would I take my pet there again? I don't know. May be.

Our normal vet didn't even answer the phone. I called All Creatures as a new patient never been seen before with a very sick dog. My heeler threw up around 4am and by 9am he was collapsing. All creatures got him in right away, immediately began working on him. Dr. Zimmerman dx him with severe gastroenteritis which I had no idea could lead to shock and death in dogs. She literally did everything she could for my dog. I truly believe she saved his life. He spent the whole day receiving IV care and was sent home with a whole bag of meds. Hes not 100% yet but doing far better than when we brought him in. She was incredibly kind and compassionate as well as the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not sure Poncho would have made it without Dr. Zimmerman. We're extremely grateful.

Compassionate friendly staff, thorough kind Doctors, immaculate facility! You feel welcomed and well taken care of here. I'm so greatful for their accommodations. My dog actually likes coming here! Enough said.
Tier 1 is terrible! But has kind staff.

I had my childhood pet put down here at the end of 2020/early 2021. We requested her ashes and did not hear anything. I have since moved out of state and called summer of 2023 to see about it. I was informed they would be shipped to me free of charge since they had messed up. Never received them. I called once again today, and was informed that i had supposedly not asked for her ashes, and “you received a paw print from us”. Neither of which are true. Now, they have made me pay for shipping for the paw print but do not have her ashes, even though they did a year ago. Furthermore, I have not once received an apology for their mistake and the loss of the remains of my childhood pet. I can’t speak of their medical service but my post death experience with them has been atrocious to say the least.
