“I moved in summer 2023. $1,245/mo includes heat. I was able to add my cat easily months after moving in, costing us another $300 deposit and an additional $40/mo in rent.I had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that was taken care of after I submitted a maintenance request on their website.I like that I am able to text management during business hours.My only beef is the amount of dog poo everywhere. My son is just over a year and I've not been able to find a patch of grass or snow unscathed by poopy. Someone even left their dogs pile right in front of my driver door. ??‍♀️My only request would be if we could enforce cleaning up after dogs. I get no one wants to take the time at -20°F sometimes but the dog poopy is left any time of year.That all being said; maintenance has been quick, knowledgeable, and friendly - I was able to add my pet easily - I like texting & emailing management - My neighbors are friendly, no fighting anywhere and I enjoy where we live.”
