Valerie went above and beyond for me. When I renewed my tags in June, but didn't receive the sticker, I called the state, corrected my address with them and they still didn't send it. I called Aurora title and Valerie helped me get it straightened out and I was able to go to Aurora title and get my sticker. I will continue to use them rather than trust the States online registrations from now on.

I have had wonderful customer service here for years but the last 4 times I have tried to get service I have been either ignored or turned away as it seems their 'new proceedures' keep changing or they are not open the hours they have advertised. Today was the LAST time. I was told the customer they were helping would be the last for the day and it was only 3:15 (they advertise closed at 4:30). I had went out of my way to give them business. I am done!! Never again!!

I stopped going to regular DMV. Valerie is the best, quick, friendly, professional and family friendly atmosphere! I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is thorough and makes sure everything is done the right way. Also highly recommend to avoid z tag hassle!

I felt it Was an easy, fair, and fast appointment for title and registration swap over, and the woman i dealt with at the desk valarie (forgive me if I misspelled) was very friendly/professional, and helpful with any questions I had. Also she helped me with understanding any of the forms I needed to fill out for the process. And to top it off Aurora title gave a reasonable price for the whole process! Will visit in the future for my title swapping/registration needs unless I dont have the option (I.E. not within range)

Not many businesses would let you run out, grab the paperwork you forgot at your friend's house down the street, and still keep your appointment. Got title and registration changed, and a new license plate to match in under an hour.There is more of a price than the DMV, but as with the UMV, the extra money for convenience is well worth it. Definitely come here if you live west of Pittman.
