I was able to pick up my car after hours which was terrific because it is my only means if transportation. “I Love Knik tire and auto!! The place is best hands down!! I needed what turned out to be a variety of repairs on a Toyota Sequoia I recently bought. I called around, and Knik T&A beat prices in my area by far, on what I thought I was gonna need to get it operational. It did turn out I needed more, but the prices on everything were considerably less than any other shop in the area. They were friendly, helpful and the repairs were done correctly the first time. So glad I did!I called David on Monday morning October 9th. He said he had a plow in stock as well as the mount (2010 Nissan Frontier). Quoted me a price and said if I dropped it off that evening he would most likely have it installed end of day Tuesday. WOW, did he ever deliver, he even got the deflector installed last minute when I decided I wanted one!Dave took the time to go over the functions, unhooking, re-hooking, the hydraulic failure stop-piece, and empathized how important the included dielectric grease is.Like all the reviews state Signature Truck & Trailer are outstanding and I feel like the support is there if needed.Side note: SOA DOT "maintains" the road I live off...it's been a battle, no longer!Thank You David!-Ken”

“Recently, we had a flat tire and took it into Midas to get it repaired. They repaired the tire and put it back on the Tahoe and put our spare back.2 weeks later, that same tire fell off the car while my wife was driving. Lug nuts came off and the tire just fell off! Luckily my children and wife came to a stop safely. I called Midas and Brandon answered the phone. I told him what happened and he immediately apologized, told me to get a tow truck and bring it into the shop and they would pay for everything. I was out of town so my wife was nervous she would have issues when she got to Midas, but immediately upon arrival Brandon talked with my wife, made her comfortable, and took care of everything. They replaced the rotor, the thread studs, the lug nuts and the rim without any issue. They stayed open late to take care of us before the weekend hit.There was a mistake made when we came in the first time. However, they went above and beyond to make it right and we appreciate their great customer service. We will be returning to Midas again.”
