“I'm so grateful Midas opened a location here in Wasilla! These guys are fantastic! I was a walk-in, and was looking to get tires installed that I ordered online. They told me it would be a couple hours (no worries, I expected that since I didn't have an appointment), so I happily waited in the waiting area (which is nice and relaxing). I had called a buddy to come get me, and right as he was pulling up, they got my truck into the bay! Couldn't have been more than 30 minutes! They got me mounted/balanced, and out the door in just under an hour!
The experience, from start to finish, was just excellent! The store, and staff, were inviting and friendly! Thank you, to the crew at Midas Wasilla, for taking great care of my old-ass truck, and for the great customer service! I'll be back soon for some new tires on my Jeep!”

“These guys have been so good to me. I got new tires from a place in town and drove up and back down Hatcher pass all while feeling a noise in my tires. I took it to A and E to see if it was a wheel bearing. James had already sent everybody home but still had me pull it in only to find out almost all of the lugnuts on 2 wheels were hand tight plus a lugnut was missing. He worked on and checked all 4 wheels and CHARGED ME NOTHING. On another occasion worked on another car of mine fixed it with a major discount to me. I am a customer for life. “Took my car in for a relatively minor detailing issue. The lettering on my car had been broken off. I received excellent customer service. The issue was taken care of efficiently and correctly. Can't tell the letters were even replaced.

“I'm insanely impressed. It's tire season so been having trouble getting into my usual place for an oil change and was way overdue. Reviews here looked good so I popped in around 9:50ish on a Wednesday. I was able to stay in my car with my dog the whole time which i liked, though the waiting area looked nice inside. I was on my way by 10:30! The staff was nice and I noticed my technician double checking the seal on all the caps in my engine before finishing up which I appreciated. So far it's driving just fine. I'll definitely return in a pinch again, and I am VERY picky about who I let service my 07 FJ Cruiser! Thanks guys!”

“We have been in a couple times. Each time was for different reasons. Each experience was the same, we were treated very well. The problems were solved quickly. On the last visit, we had to leave our vehicle longer than we had hoped (pesky parts had to be shipped in). When it came time for the bill, I was very pleased with the amount. This shop does not pad the bill.

“I was so impressed by this shop. We were from out if state and our diesel truck needed immediate attention. They got us in the next day and by the next working day had us diagnosed and out the door. They were completely honest in a situation that they could have easily taken advantage of. We had been to 5 other places, including the Ford dealership (2 did not work on deisels) and they all said sorry - no time and one even increased what they were going to charge (if we waited 2 weeks) from $300 to $900. Not impressed!
We really appreciated Hatch's willingness to get us in, for being honest and for taking care of someone from out of state without options. I will recommend them to everyone I know!”
