“I had our main truck go down and it needed tranny work, I pulled the tranny and went here with my torque converter, because I was pretty sure that was the problem.They were pretty awesome they offered to cut open the existing unit, to see if that’s what the problem was, and the converter was fine so they did what they call a cut and clean and it was way less than if I had to buy a unit.super happy I stopped here, not only did they save me money, but they also had a rebuild kit for the tranny in stock so I was able to go back home and dissect my tranny to find the problem.between these guys and YouTube I was able to make short work of it”

“I had a battery that I bought in May and now in September it completely died meaning it couldn’t be charged or anything. I brought it into this store which is not the store I bought it from. I didn’t have the receipt and they gave me a new battery they acknowledge that it couldn’t be tested or charged and handed me a new battery over-the-counter and that’s the kind of service that everybody should be doing with a branded product that can only be purchased at these stores. The employee kind of made it seem like it might be a problem, but then they handled it without complaining. I think that says a lot about the management of this store and the quality of employees that they have.”

“3.5 stars for me. They rebuilt my starter (they actually sent it to Anchorage to be rebuilt). It works as expected, but I thought the price was excessive at over $400 to rebuild a simple 2 cylinder gas engine starter. The price was stated ahead of time, but this is Alaska, where we have few choices and businesses take full advantage of that. The overhauls are not priced based on what it costs them to do the work, they are based on a percentage of a new price, which is price-gouging. If I had time to source the parts, brushes, bearings, and bendix drive would cost less than $65 retail. So they charged me well over $300 for 2 hours unskilled labor.”
