I believe that was the greatest and more fast service we had ever had with any bank.”
“Just wanted give a big thanks to the Wasilla Keybank branch manager, Shine Queza. My brother lives in Germany and he was unable to access his online banking due to not being able to receive SMS text messages. I went into the Wasilla location and spoke with Shine about setting up my phone to get the SMS codes so he could log into his account and pay his bills, transfer money, etc. Shine created a case to present to her superiors and approved our request (normally not allowed as my brother couldn’t be there in person). She did this in a matter of hours and he is now able to log on to his account. We both greatly appreciate her prioritizing us and quickly figuring out the situation!”

After being on hold for over an hour I decided to walk in which hasn’t usually worked out much better for me but fortunately, I was helped by Darien! He was super helpful, straight forward, and didn’t transfer me to another person!”
