Uhaul screwed us over last minute and said they didn’t have a trailer for us 1 day prior. I was in a bind needing to move next day. Chase came through had one in stock at a fair price, guided me through the quick title and registration process. Plus no additional fees when you use a card 🤙

No.1 in customer service. We're on a summer trip from the lower 48 and noted extra wear on our tires indicating a bent axle on our 25' travel trailer. Chase was able to source an axle and have it installed in one day getting us back on the road at a reasonable price. Four days travel time and the axle is performing well. A big thank you to Big Bubba's Trailers Alaska!

We brought our camper in, they went over it thoroughly, replaced bent axel, replaced 2 worn tires, lubriicated everything and had us back on the road same day!! Even had the axel replacement in stock as well as G rated tires! Excellent service, workmanship, and attitude! Great employees, answered all our questions! 5 star place! HIGHLY recommend!!

Truly amazing customer service from Chase and Rob. We had trailer brake issues at 430 on a Thursday night, we called Big Bubba's and they told us to stop by...50 minutes later we were back on the road to our rv park destination. These two literally went out of their way to hrelp us and saved our three day trip up North. Thanks again, we'll be back for all of our trailer needs in the future!

I had a flat on a trailer I had just purchased. These guys not only fixed it, but went above and beyond to make sure the trailer was safe and effective.

Best tire shop I’ve been to in a while. Stopped in from out of town and they had a bunch of tires in stock. I had a last minute request for a different sized tire and they assembled one for me in about 2 minutes. The prices were very competitive.
