My son was involved in an accident and we have no experience when it comes to this (thank goodness). The staff at both the Wasilla shop and 5th Ave shop were very helpful in letting me know which steps to take to getting things resolved in a timely manner and making it way less stressful for me which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone who unfortunately has to go through this process.

The work they did looks great. We'll Starr there. Although they had my truck for 6 weeks, killed the battery, and then called me to go buy a new one. I was greatly annoyed by that. The manager never called me like I was told he would, even after my trying to reach him. Also there is a new mystery dent on my hood. But the part they were asked to fix looks good.
