“After posting an initial review, this bank took action right away fixing every problem and informing us on what the process is for certain requested items. The person that assisted us, had excellent customer service, was patient with us, and very informative. The bank proceeded very quickly in all questions and concerns we had originally and the process was so quickly performed it really helped put us at ease with many concerns we had for future transactions. I believe that was the greatest and more fast service we had ever had with any bank.”
