The line is frequently 7 or more people long, some of the staff is rude, and because the line is so long waiting is very hard for some disabled individuals who can't stand for long periods of time. There is minimal seating at the FRONT of the line (which remember is 7+ people deep) so it is inaccessible during most of the wait, and further, what seating is available is not size inclusive. There is no outside drive thru option to make up for the lack of disabled accessibility and this makes it very difficult for individuals with mobility issues to fairly access the pharmacy.

I had an issue with my insurance company covering vaccines and the staff here was very willing to work with me to resolve the issue, even during a busy time at the counter. Very kind and professional.

The wait time in line at this location is ridiculous. The staff is very friendly I will say, but the wait just overrides everything else.

I call in as a medical provider, option 2. They don't answer otherwise. The automated system is impossible to bypass. The automated system never has information I need.
Edit' Can't even use that option anymore. C suit cut associate positions in favor of automation to save their massive salaries and appease investors. Customers get hurt in the process. Associates get burnt out and the business suffers.

2 prescriptions were automatically filled one was two albuterol inhalers. I did not need one inhaler because I already had it and then there were two and I thought it was something else that I was waiting for so I have three inhalers that will not be used. One will but two inhalers will not be used and yet I paid for it and can’t return it because I took it home and didn’t realize that’s what was in the bag. I did not get one prescription that I thought I was getting and because I thought I had the two prescriptions that I needed. I didn’t check before leaving the store.

Easily one of the worst pharmacies I’ve gone to. Expect to not ever talk to anyone other than their voicemail. The lines are almost as long as the wait for your medication.

Rude, 40 minute STANDING lines, and RUDE people on the phone. Wait 3 days for an Rx to be filled. If you drive down the mountains a long drive to get there the day after it was phoned-in, staff will just rudely say they won't fill it until they do, so come back in a week when you're back in town. No compassion whatsoever. Another time, the clerk plopped an "at lunch" sign on the desk and vacated the pharmacy without saying a word to the people standing in line; not even to the person next in line standing at the desk, much-less to the 50 people behind them. Just unbelievably poorly run, and inhumane. No excuse for being this awful, unless you consider that we NEED an Rx to survive, so... taking advantage, much? Power trip, much? You hold our lives in your hands, and this is how you hold it over us? Almost enough to send a person back down to the lower 48 where there's more competition.

This CVS is very busy and yes there is usually a line. However the lone moves very quickly and the customer service is always polite fast and helpful.I will always miss the Country Field Cir. Location but happy they relocated me here.~and shortages are not their fault, it's everywhere

Yes I have had some long waiting time and not so good customer service. The reason the wait times are longer now, my opinion, Fred Meyer STOPPED taking the military insurance and Geneva Woods closed down. So all of the military, dependants, military retires and their dependents along with people from Geneva Woods have to go somewhere. CARRS/Safeway is the only other place and they are the worst of the worst.
