I recently had the team at Distinctive Ride in Wasilla, Alaska help outfit my new Ram. In a series of appointments, they installed running boards, a tonneau cover, front window tint, and reupholstered my truck with heated and cooled Katzkin leather. Not only were they professional and easy to work with, but they also completed the tasks in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service and the high quality of their work. They even provided me with a vehicle overnight due to my schedule. Overall, working with them was a great experience and I highly recommend their services.

Service was great sales associate got me sold on wheels and tires in a matter of minutes ! Only problem shipping it took longer than expected and only part of the order came in all 4 wheels and 3 tires so had to wait on 1 tire However I did come back order a spare wheel/tire and they totally made me feel like a valued customer definitely made a bad situation good thanks for everything

I’ve been coming here for a while now they always do a good job, I’ve gotten my tint done here and they even include a warranty, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go out of there way to help.

No purchase yet, but service responding to my questions was awesome. Will definitely be going here once i make up my mind.Update: Finally made first purchase, 2/19/2024. The staff is awesome, install looks fantastic, definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Well, they did really good job just they made a loss because I went in and asked for just the door windows tinted and they ended up doing my rear as well. Which is cool and all because I didn't get charged an extra $180... And they didn't realize their mistake. But it's not cool because Its 12% tint all around now.

My first time using distinctive ride. Initially I wasn’t impressed and shocked by the $200/hr labor costs. However after I expressed my concerns about their work, they followed up and corrected the mishaps. They could use some improvement in communication and warehouse management, but overall good clean work.

I took my car here to get an auto start put in and they were super quick! I didn’t have a ride so I had to wait there and I really appreciated that they did their best to get me in and out quickly!!

They turned our old Ford dashboard into a touchscreen Bluetooth enabled dash. Everything was cool except we had to go back because they didn't have a part to connect the electricity all the way up, but other than that, it's a good spot. We are happy with the work done

This place is amazing! I have a Viper Auto start that just quit working and heard these guys are a reputable Viper dealer! Not only did they get it to work correctly again, they did it FREE OF CHARGE! Big thanks to Spencer and Ethan! Definitely will be referring everyone I know to these guys!
