Took my motorcycle wheels in for mount and balance, came home and tested and found them out of balance. Took them back and they attempted to rebalance them free-of-charge but upon home inspection were out of balance still. They claim to use an antiquated "bubble balancer" for motorcycle tires. I recommend staying away if you care about proper balance on your bike.2 stars for good customer service but poor quality work.

These people are amazing! They went above and beyond with their customer service.They did what needed to be done to my vehicle and were upfront and honest about everything from beginning to end.It's not something one expects to experience in a shop these days.Thank you! Fantastic customer service, had to cash a paper check and was gonna get a cab but instead they offered me a ride to the bank so I can pay them for the tire.Super kind, great bunch of guys, I will definitely be here for all my tire and auto needs!

Polite, honest people with integrity and expert professional advice, and they make their mistakes right.I came in close to closing since they are usually closed by the time I'm off a few different times to get a quote and some assistance in fitment for a new set of wheels.All they needed was tire size, lug pattern, spacer size, and how much the truck was lifted.I told them I had the original wheels that came with the truck, so they knew the size and offset of the wheel.Since it was late they had to give their experts a call the next day, and I got a call back & voicemail telling me which wheel width and offset they recommend with my 37" Cooper STT Pros. They set me up with a wheel about an inch thicker in width so the tire bead wouldn't be so inset, and a offset of -12mm so I could run those wheels with no spacer and no rubbing.The next time I came in, I special ordered my wheels. Right as I hopped in my truck, they ran outside and caught me before I drove off to tell me they had mistakenly overcharged me almost $300. They promptly refunded me and apologized, and said they'd see about throwing in a set of free lugnuts for the inconvenience, I received my refund relatively quickly.Within weeks, my wheels had arrived, and since I was working, my dad had brought my truck in for me to get my wheels mounted.Later, I got a text & picture from my dad of my receipt for a $70 charge for new lugnuts,I don't really blame them for not remembering because it was weeks ago, and i was not there during payment. I gave them a call and asked them about the free lugnuts, and they did recall that from weeks ago and refunded me over the phone for the lugnuts.Overall, great customer service and great expert advice on wheel & tire fitment. The wheels look awesome, and there's no rubbing when turning hard, with the plus of not having to run 2" spacers.

Knowledge heavy and polite. Having paid more elsewhere for the same service. I'd rather wait at Diversified then get poor service coming in the door somewhere else.

I have always been more than satisfied with the work that I have had done at Diversified Tire. I appreciate their quick, accurate assessment of the needs I have as a customer and their recommendations of various products. I have been a customer with Diversified Tire since my college years when they were a new business. My brother worked for them years ago and I know the owners and their personal character. They are competent, amiable, friendly, honest, hard working, and all around kind people and they strive to meet all their customer's needs while also balancing the busy influx of customers that they get on a daily basis.Over the years I have brought them several types of cars, SUVs, and trucks, as well as a trailer (for axle maintenance). They have always done a terrific job!My only critique would be that I have had some difficulty getting the exact tires I want on my cars at times because they tend to only carry specific tire brands such as Cooper (a great car and truck tire made in the USA) and Pirelli, among a few others. They can order most other tires if you want them to, but their prices on ordering brands they do not normally stock tends to be slightly higher than some competitors I have found. This only becomes a difficulty when you want a specific high-performance tire and they only prefer to mount the tire if they sold it to you, but their cost is occassionally 10% higher for a special order tire, so you might want to order elsewhere. However, their policy hs been that they will not mount a new tire they did not sell. I suppose their reasoning is due to safety concerns, but it is a difficulty for the customer.I only have this problem because I really do not want to have my tires mounted elsewhere in most cases, because these guys are the best in the valley :)They really are the best and if they have your tires in stock or available for order at a good price, I highly recommend you use them. They are- bar none- the best overall tire shop in the Mat-Su Valley and they also do brakes, alignments, oil changes, exhaust, and basic maintenance. I may keep coming to them until they all decide to retire!Thanks to your whole team!

I’ve been to their store in Wasilla a few times. It’s always a speciality tire for some crazy project I have. They are more than knowledgeable and have excellent customer service and support. The one time they didn’t have the tire in stock, the rep spent 20min with me looking for a place who would ship and have a competitive price. Above and beyond service. I drive from Anchorage to their store just to have this customer service. This review is for over multiple experiences and over time they have proven to be consistent with top quality repairs and service. Thank you so much. Most awesome tire service shop I have ever been to in 44 years. They had me in and out exactly 30 minutes for a tire changeover and replaced all lug nuts with new at my request. This solves all my previous lug nut problems and the total cost was far below what I expected to pay. These are my new go-to guys for anything tire related.

They can never seem to have trouble with any TPMS sensors that they don't sell. Did I mention they are $38 EACH!! I will not be coming back anymore.

The quality of work at Diversified Tire is fine. I like the tires Diversified carries and the guys in the shop are timely with their work, however, I can no longer deal with the arrogance, rudeness and absence of Customer Service at the front desk so I will move on. Dave once told me he had a good employee having a bad day. I accepted as much. We're up to three now in four or five visits. I called a day ahead. Ordered the tires and wheels to be put on the following morning. Arrived with my credit card in hand. Then the clerk informed my wife that my selection was bad and that the tires were collectively eighty pounds too heavy for our 4Runner. I laughed it off and reiterated that we are happy with my selection, consequently, this was our third set. All three of our trucks will now sport these fine winter tires. Shane wouldn't let it drop. Being totally ignored, I left only to walk back in to state that I will never buy tires at Diversified again. Cork at PWH and Arabian also sells the tires I like. I will plan to buy them there for the next twenty or thirty years.

I showed up on day two after the first snow. Showed up about 45 minutes before they opened and they made checking in and line up so easy! I would happily use their tire change service again!

Went here for a tire change over. They were fast, professional, and organized. I've been to a few places and this is by far the best service I've received. Will be back again!
