Just had our subie serviced/repaired with EGM. Great experience from start to finish. They were able to get us in within a week and repairs done quickly/within several days. Price was reasonable and hassle-free!

$300 because they needed 2 hours to perform a diagnostic. Originally quoted at "no less than 45 minutes" idk who owns this now but they're a hungry hungry hippo for your cash.

This shop is the worst shop I've ever been to they care about money and not their customers.had them install a brand new engine it failed 2 months later and they would not replace it. Cost me $10,000.
When I talk to them on the phone and about why they would not fix it even though they were responsible for the warranty they laughed at me

World’s worst communication. The entire process they couldn’t get anything right. Initial appointment for diagnosis, they didn’t even get done the day of the appointment. Ordered parts, and called to say parts were in. The parts were not in. A week later they said the parts are in and they’re going to fix my car. Turns out they didn’t order all the parts. A week later and the parts are still not in. We asked to have the manager/owner call us. She chose to blow us off. When we showed up to the shop to talk to her, she had every excuse in the book about. Oh, we’re short handed. Oh, our staff is not trained well. Oh, someone got hurt in the parade. Finally, after more than a month of no work, and bad communication, we got a full refund and will take my car elsewhere.I will say the mechanics were plenty nice when I talked to them.

Nice people, just communicating isn't very good. Took my ram in there for my heater core replacement, it's an 07 so parts are a little harder to get. We placed an order for the parts they told me is they were going to get there Wednesday or Thursday the following week. I didn't receive any phone calls for that following week until I called them and asked what was going on., by then 3 weeks have already passed and i needed my truck back for business purposes. They explained to me that they were delayed a little and should be in by mid December. I couldn't keep my truck there for that long. The biggest complaint I have is that there isn't alot of communication from there end where you'd expect a phone call for an update status. I appreciate your guys' time and I hope your business will do better in the future.

Totally freaked. They had my van in for work, my battery seems bad so asked them if they could check it. Never been charged for that anywhere. When I picked up the van, they charged me $150 for testing the battery. I couldn't believe it. I can buy a new battery for less. Nice guys otherwise, I just wouldnt do business with such a place.
