Decided to give a try because he quoted lower price and seemed professional. When completed, there were issues to be addressed, he had poor customer service. Tried to say he's a religious person but is very unprofessional. Tried to get things completed or addressed and always had excuses. Threatens using his lawyers when merely asking the names and numbers of probable subcontractors to make repairs. Our one year for warranty passed, but we only moved into our home in January 2023 and stairway already falling apart and cupboard shelving fell because it had 4 screws to secure a huge cabinet. Didn't ask how we were, just started throwing out legality talk. Thankfully no one was hurt, especially my children who frequent the kitchen routinely. Now I will have to reinforce the other cupboards to ensure they don't collapse. I'll never use or refer anyone to him again.Getting what you pay for is definitely a true statement.Services: General construction

Ferrieri looked at my project with intentions of providing a bid for new construction but never provided a bid. I had to contact them to ask for my plans back and the told me twice they would return them but never did. These guys are not dependable.

I had a privacy fence installed. They had to take out the old and rebuild - while keeping the fenced area blocked because of my huge dog. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they were. They worked hard, were very pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any construction needs that come up!

Chris and his team did a great job on my fence expansion. Quality work and excellent communication throughout the project. Can’t go wrong with Ferrieri Construction and will be my first call on my next project.

Our rental condo still had the original popcorn ceilings. Chris came in and removed the old ceilings. He did a fantastic job. Now the condo looks more up-to-date. Chris also went out of his way to fix some wall blemishes and touch-up paint.
