It's a great and convenient one-stop shop. My complaint is that the parking lot is odd for entrance and exit. But mostly they have a poor entrance layout and bottlenecking tendency that happens near the jewelry and clothing entrance of this store. There is some crowding in certain aisles, but perhaps that is due to seasonal stuff? Other than that, staff are friendly, store is kept clean, and they have pretty good selections. Overall, a good shop, but could use a better layout/flow indoors and out.

The prices at FM in Wasilla are ridiculous. Pepsi 6 pack bottles are $10, at Walmart they are $7. A box of Nilla Wafers were over $7, at Walmart i paid $5. Kroger brags of being cheap, yet cannot compare to Walmart. Save money n shop at Walmart.

Too expensive, freight always out all over the place in the morning and sometimes overnight. Managers don't seem to communicate with each other very well.

The employees are rude unfortunately really sucks because I love Fred Meyers. When my husband went shopping at the store yesterday he just simply needed some zip ties and the person who had the key available was supposedly already off shift and had left for the day even though there was still 10 minutes till the store was closed. I find it completely unprofessional to not have products available even if it's under lock and key it should be available to be bought at any time while the store is open. So I find it completely unacceptable.

The guy work at self check out at grocery side he has long hair and he is weird. He give me a bad look when I need help at checkout and act like he don’t want to help customer. If you don’t want to work just quit the job man! You are not professional!!

They do and advertise it. The deli department needs new management.

Sometimes, employees help. But I've been there, and some have gotten a little snarky with me. Idk if it was just because it was before closing or what. But I think some could use some customer service training. Other than that, the rest are pretty helpful. Or I would have given a 5.
