Less than a year ago i purchased a Xbox controller and purchased a warranty on the controller that if anything went wrong with it they would replace it for free. They did replace with a preowned one. I was really disappointed. Company policy they said, so I took the preowned. Guess what it didn’t work so back to GameStop they offered another preowned company policy I offered to buy a new one at a discount price they couldn’t do that company policy went and bought a new one somewhere elsewhere

Refused me service because of where I work.Slanders small businesses.Have had issues with manager Chris almost refusing to let me pay for my significant others items, claiming she needs to pay for her own things.

Fully aware I am of an unpopular opinion but I'm not sentimental or partial about physical copies. Got bad luck with disc drives and prefer the benefits of going digital. Don't care for the brand accessories they tend to carry, employees are not exactly knowledgeable on most things, so don't expect any helpful answers rooted in truth or facts.then there's that pre order sales pitch. No thanks.If you are in the market for a physical copy of an older game is the one scenario id recommend GameStop these days
