The young lady that works the front counter has an incredible talent for helping us old clueless guys pick jewelry that will hit a home run for our wives. All she needs is a few hints about what our better halves like or to see some of the partner's favorite jewelry and then she gets to work finding something that your partner will love and that will meet your budget. She's rescued me several times.

I think I've had good experiences with many jewelers in the valley, but I'm telling you that this place quickly became my favorite because they are honest, fast, and affordable. And most of all, when you bring them a challenging piece, they do it RIGHT. Corey is simply unparalleled at repair and custom work. Every piece I have brought him has been over a century old and had particularly odd challenges, and he's ALWAYS hit a home run on repair and refurbished that doesn't diminish the value.

This place is operated by people that are less interested in making a sale and more interested in building relationships with satisfied customers.

“I was recently given a bracelet for a gift that was purchased at Fred Meyers. After I had it sized I attempted to wear it. I wore it three times. Each and every time I wore it, the bracelet fell off my wrist. Lucky for me, I found it each time. I stopped wearing the bracelet and a couple of months later I took it to the store for them to fix it. The salesgirl agreed it was defective and then told me they could fix it for a sum of $72.00. I asked why should I pay for a defective product to be fixed. She had no answer. I asked for the manager to phone me about the issue as the manager was not available. To date, one week later, I have received no call nor any acknowledgement that they will fix the defective clasp. DO NOT PURCHASE AT FRED MEYERS JEWELRY. They will sell you a defective product and refuse to fix it. In order to post this review I had to give them a star rating. I would have preferred to give them a zero rating.I have an update. Yesterday the manager of the store got in touch with me. I met with her today, and the store will fix my bracelet at no charge to me. Yeah! I will change my review to four stars.”
