Rating: I'm extremely disappointed with the service department at Lithia service department. My recent experience was nothing short of frustrating. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff made ia making it impossible to schedule the warranty work for my car. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially considering the reputation of sales department. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lithia because if something goes wrong they will not get back to you to schedule an appointment to fix the issue. I hope this feedback prompts immediate improvements to prevent others from having similar negative experiences. However I doubt it wil!!!!!

Worst customer service around, if I could rank this review ZERO stars I would. Three times in over a week I called to schedule a service for my Jeep. Each time I was either sent to voicemail or requested to leave my contact information so someone could get back to me when available. Each time I gave them a couple days to respond but never once did I hear from them. Even my last time calling to request service I expressed this "oversight" which they pretended to care and of course was blown off when I received the exact same treatment as other times before. AVOID AVOID AVOID Lihia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla unless you want to be ignored and treated like a mushroom.

Title: Beware of Misleading Practices: Our Regrettable Experience at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of WasillaReview by Christian and Alicia StettlerWe embarked on what we thought would be an exciting journey - purchasing a new 2024 Dodge Ram Rebel. Instead, it turned into a cautionary tale about deceptive sales tactics and poor customer service at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla. Our initial contact with salesman Isaac was disconcerting. Despite his apparent confusion and miscommunication, we were inexplicably bound to his service, even after multiple attempts to work with someone else. His incompetence was not only frustrating but nearly deterred us from purchasing the truck we had set our hearts on.The financial aspect of our experience was particularly alarming. Isaac presented us with a loan option of 13.9% interest over 6 years for our $54,000 loan. This would have resulted in monthly payments of approximately $1,109.82, culminating in a staggering total cost of $79,907.07. Recognizing this as an outrageous offer, especially given Alicia's strong credit score, we refused and ultimately secured a more reasonable loan at 6.9% interest over 5 years through our credit union. This arrangement brought our monthly payments down to approximately $1,066.72, with a total cost of $64,003.13. The difference in total cost between these two scenarios is a whopping $15,903.94 - a significant sum for our young family.Additionally, the dealership attempted to surreptitiously include a $1,500 vehicle tracking system in our final bill, a charge we had neither requested nor been informed about. The unprofessionalism peaked when we arrived in Wasilla to pick up the truck. The lack of coordination and recognition of our appointment was baffling. A kind salesman from Maui tried to salvage the situation with offers of perks that were never honored. The saga continued with the bed cover transaction. We were consistently met with conflicting information, a lack of responsiveness, and unjust accusations from the management. The General Manager, James King, responded to our grievances with defensiveness and a lack of empathy, further souring our experience. Our story serves as a stark warning to potential customers. We encountered a series of misleading practices, opaque communication, and a lack of basic respect and customer service. The dealership seemed more interested in securing high ratings through manipulative tactics than in providing honest service. We share this review not out of malice but in the hope that it will help others avoid similar pitfalls and urge the dealership to reevaluate and improve their customer service approach. As first-time buyers of a new vehicle, this was not just a transaction but a significant milestone for us, and it was marred by an experience that should serve as a lesson in the importance of ethical business practices.

Sales and financing here are good, just don't ever need warranty work. If you do need it prepare to wait for over a month for them to even look at your car. And you'll have to physically go into the dealership to make an appointment to drop it off- the Indian call center that takes the service departments calls will just keep saying they will call you back to set an appointment and they never do.

I am new to Alaska and needed a used pickup truck. I am so glad I found these guys! I've been driving now for a month a beautiful red Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 2008 with an Infinity sound system, and only 100,000 miles on it, that is in pristine condition! A gem of a find and the price was right! And on top of that they installed, at no extra cost, premium new tires, performed a complete brake job, and made sure the truck passed their thorough 80 point check inspection, performing maintenance in whatever needed it.I've been driving the truck for a month now. It gives me service that is no different from that of a brand new pickup truck! The truck is in such a good shape that I have invested close to $4,000 in accessories at the local Line-x store!Brandon was my main contact at the dealership, he provided me with VIP service during the whole process of buying the truck. For this I thank him!

I bought a set of tires from Lithia Dodge of Wasilla and it has been my worst experience at a dealership in 45 years! Long story short, faulty valve stems were used and the tires never held air. The Service manager, Joe said "we cannot make an appointment you just have to come in and wait your turn. " Well since I'm on vacation and it won't cost me time off from work I went in. 5 hours later I was told there was a problem with the wheel and the part would cost $21.00 and the labor would be $140.00, Since $170.00 is already a good portion of the cost of a new wheel I asked how much to buy a new one. I was informed it cost $500.00, but was unavailable. They would have to fix the wheel. In the end I was handed a bill for $169.92 to change one valve stem. That was the damaged wheel not exactly truth and transparency. Needless to say, I was floored since I could have gotten that same service in Wasilla at Diversified or Alyeska Tire for under $40.00. You can be sure since I set on the executive board of the largest labor union in the Valley, I will be sharing my experience with my members and friends as well the ridiculously high prices Lithia of Wasilla charges members of the community. I will never do business there again!Sincerely, Glen R

We bought a used vehicle here and have now been waiting for months on a part that was guaranteed to be installed. Totally unreliable. They didn't return our calls even during the process of buying the vehicle and they don't return calls to this day. Totally unprofessional.

Had a scheduled service appointment and was called the day before by the dealer who said they had to cancel but that they would call and reschedule. I never heard from them. I called three separate times and was told someone from service would call me back but I never received a return call and to this day I am still trying to get a scheduled appointment to have a recall fixed. The WORST customer service and experience I have ever had with a dealership.
