Horrible prices horrible quality on parts!!! Recently went in and bought a air filter because no one else in the valley had the one for my vehicle ended up being the wrong size I went to return it and a couple little birch seeds were on the surface of it which I didn’t realize until the time and they refused to return a $30 filter because it. NEVER COMINGINT HERE AGAIN!

Recently visited for the first time and I was shocked at checkout they did not take AMEX. I reluctantly used a different form of payment, but don’t plan on returning in the future. Will go elsewhere. A business that doesn’t take AMEX isn’t worth it in my book. They claimed it was a local policy, and here’s my message to the owners: It’s called the cost of doing business, and you all lost a potential return customer today.

I just went to the NAPA on KGB- amazing customer service from Skylar! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, caring and went above and beyond- even spoke to my husband on the phone, helping me with the order! I 120% recommend NAPA on KGB and request Skylar! You will not regret it! Very nice guys up front also.

Good place to find automotive parts, little bit more expensive than Autozone or O'Reillys in most cases , but it seems like a higher quality part too!
