“Needed help with getting a receipt I misplaced from an earlier purchase, and one of the managers was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed, and didn't make me feel bad or like I was an inconvenience. Cashier was very helpful getting the manager for me, very nice and polite. Asked an associate about cat litter and what I was looking for, the associate was very helpful and polite as well. I also have asthma, and cannot wear a mask as it hinders my breathing, it was nice to not get questioned, or dirty looks about not wearing one. It overall was a very helpful and pleasant visit, and I will be going back to shop there for all my pet needs.”

“It was easy in and out to get cat litter. Petco has some of the best sales on litter at times. Also, they have a brand with a "refill your bucket" option that saves a couple of bucks on a regular basis. I still think their prices are a bit high, but comparative to the other chain in the Valley.”
