I'm surprised at some of these reviews. Every staff member i have interacted with is always extremely friendly and helpful. Pharmacist is fast and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have a small town pharmacy in Wasilla like this. Beats any of the large chain stores where you are just a number in their system.

Sometime back wally world was fined in 6 states for selling far below cost to shut down independent neighborhood pharmacies then drastically increasing the prices after Mom and Pops closed, a little inconvenience is a small price to pay for our neighbors loyalty and protection wake TFU ! The Pharmacists are understanding & helpful. They work hard to fill prescriptions very timely & accurately. The drive through is especially nice to not have to wait in long lines like at other pharmacies.

Used them since they opened and was great until now..they rejected my child's new prescription without notice stating they are not taking new patients.

Limited hours, ignore phone messages, and fail to accept insurance agreements on medications. Staff look miserable and definitely not there for customer service.

First off, the reduced hours definitely demonstrates that their priority is servicing Ancora / Atlas patients (all owned by the same guys as this pharmacy) as who can get to the pharmacy before 5:00 on a weekday and there no weekend hours!
Secondly, don't write this place a bad review. Should you ever need to go back due to a script not transferring or whatever, the pharmacist with berate you for your bad review. Most business would take the opportunity to ask how they could do better, but not this pharmacist. After he berated by wife today, I'll be transferring all my scripts to Target CVS first thing in the morning.

Pharmacist I dealt with was arrogant, dishonest, and utterly devoid of empathy. My doctor sent a very specific prescription and pharmacy provided items that were too large to be of any use. After discussing with pharmacist over the phone he agreed items were too large and that they could order the correct ones, which would be available the following week. When I went to pick them up they were the same items as before and still too large. Pharmacist claimed to have discussed this with my doctor, which was not true. My doctor indicated that the only call they'd had from a pharmacy was someone complaining that they'd have to open a box to fill a prescription. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend avoiding this place.

Great local pharmacy. Much better than other places in town. Service is fast and staff are good to deal with and can quickly get someone on the phone to talk to. Prescriptions are also filled very quickly, often within an hour or two.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL (and then argues with you about how they are professional) when you call to get an explanation about why an RX isn’t filled. One owner, likes to play “I know more than your medical doctors” and denies you all prescriptions because he doesn’t agree with how your medications are handled. Keep in mind that he MADE this decision without EVER TALKING TO ME OR ANY OF MY DOCTORS WHO ALL WERE SHOCKED AT HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM. When I said you’re being incredibly unprofessional, after I called him and he YELLED AT ME and told me which doctors should be prescribing which meds (that were controlled substances again with all doctors well aware and all in contact with one another) he argued why he wasn’t and then purged all my rx refills (including one I PAID FOR BUT THEY ONLY FILLED 1/2 which now forces me to try to go around insurance (or pay in full) for meds THEY OWE ME. I’ve been to pharmacies for decades, and while by no means perfect (which is why I was hoping a nice, small business pharmacy would be GREAT and guaranteed customers, BUT NOW I SEE WHY THEY ARE NOT. TOXIC PLACE. We NEED GOOD, Small Business, COMMUNITY-BASED PHARMACIES, BUT THIS ONE IS NOT THAT. Now I know why I didn’t see many more people pouring in, grateful for a break from Big Pharma, what a disappointment!

Have been a good pharmacy but won’t address RX notifications I receive on only some of the meds some ofthe time. Which can be sometimes by text, sometimes by email other times nothing.
