“My call was for not receiving daily mail in Garland, TX. It did take awhile for the phone to be aswered and now I know why. The rep who answered was very polite and helpful. They asked the appropriate questions to get the service request established and I hope on to Garland for resolution. It appears that my mail is all being returned to sender qhich is not good.
