“My call was for not receiving daily mail in Garland, TX. It did take awhile for the phone to be aswered and now I know why. The rep who answered was very polite and helpful. They asked the appropriate questions to get the service request established and I hope on to Garland for resolution. It appears that my mail is all being returned to sender qhich is not good. “Window service sometimes takes time if there are alot of people because there is normally only person to handle all requests. Everything from new service to package pick up-however the employees have always been very nice and helpful to Everyone I have seen them help-no matter how long the line is or what service is requested. This says a lot because I have seen the line out the door many times with all the same courteous assistance for every person in line!”
