Anytime I had a question she was available to answer it, no matter the time of day . This was my first home so everything was overwhelming. We had problems with our original lender midway through the process and prime lending stepped in last minute and had wonderful customer service. They were also quick. Would recommend.

I could not have asked for a better experience. It’s my first time buying a home and the lender I worked with originally just…. Well they didn’t cut it. Prime made me feel like a valued client and not just a task on a list or a number to call. Team members are kind, have senses of humor, are patient, and they get things done in an incredibly timely manner. They facilitate home buying and all that other stuff that goes along with it. I can’t thank them enough, especially Griffen. You sir, deserve a raise. Griffen and his team kicks major butt.
