They have screwed up my orders so many times. Recently I called to pick up a tube so I could start using my cpap replacement. This is because they never sent it out before. I was told they have one. I get a call back saying they dropped shipped it and I cannot pick it up. I waited for the package and it arrived with the tubing on back order. I have to wait another few weeks even though I’ve been told they have 80 sitting at their location because “drop ship” has the order.Don’t use them if you don’t have too.

I have a C-Pap, Nebulizer and Oxygen from ProCare. They have been great for me. Got all the Resupply stuff I need delivered. I've been using them for about three years now and I would recommend them.

We have been going through procare for over a year now, and when I tell you this is the best place in valley for medical equipment. They have the best customer service, Amy has always been there to help no matter how small or big the problem is she’s always there to find a solution. She’s amazing person ? and so are all the other ladies in the Wasilla office. I am so grateful to them. Thank you Wasilla procare ???

The only resolve to this situation is I have to call for my deliveries instead of automatically being sent them. Don't use them if you don't have too.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO NATALIE @ PHM in Wasilla!!! Some superhero's don't wear capes!Short Version:With the CPAP recall, trying to find a replacement has been nothing short of a nightmare for my husband as he stops breathing +30 times an hour. We HAD to find a solution.So, I contacted PHM.Although they did not have a CPAP machine available, they did have a filter that could be used to "filter out" what was causing the recall.Problem: They had just closed.I felt defeated.Natalie then offered to wait in the parking lot of PHM. I was speechless.There are no words to describe the peace we received that day. We're both sleeping soundly.Carrieann Hall

Procare formerly Geneva Woods is broken in MatSu Valley. Poor customer service, not timely, and no devices. I needed a knee scooter after surgery. One Procare person on one day at 5pm, told me there was a scooter, but the next day it was gone.First come first serve?! They got my script and doc notes by Thurs when i went to my pre-op appointment. Though I called 3 times on Monday and they said i should pre-approval in a few hours, I still had not received a return call 2 days later on Wednesday by close of business. Procare has strung me along for days saying that their qualifier was overworked and they were busy. I’ve got good insurance, but it didn’t matter. Even though I asked, they couldn’t even give me a time estimate for when I should expect to get a device. I’m trying to recover from surgery and I’m futzing with this company?? Finally we found another company in Matsu —Advantage in Palmer. Doc got script to them by 4pm on Tuesday and i had a brand new knee scooter by 9 am next morning. Break the monopoly in MatSu!! After talking w/ other friends and doctors offices it is clear that Procare has been a problem for a few years now. Don’t bother with Procare. Spread the word, there is a new player in town-Advantage will help. Happy healing.

Great service! My oxygen concentrator wasn’t working properly and it was almost closing time. David, Keller and Leah jumped into action and by 5:00 I had two new concentrators.I’ve been using ProCare for all of my DME and they have great to work with. They go above and beyond with their service.

This place is an absolute nightmare, one mask, one tube, pack of filters, one cushion, charged my insurance over $1200 dollars and me $363 dollars. Paid my bill in full the are still calling me twice a day over a bill that does not exist, when I answer the phone call no one is on the line and I have to wait on hold to discuss a non existent bill, which they acknowleddge is non existent. Yesterday I recieved 3 phone calls in one day from the resupply department because I am ready for new stuff, which means another $1200 plus to my insurance and another $363 payment from me. My insurance company priced these products and said the insurance will not cover this anymore. The reason for denial of coverage was due to Procare marking up the products well over the market value. HOLY HECK, what a scam, Do I need these supplies and bills every three months, who can afford this? I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, to leave me alone and its endless phone call after endless phone call from both billing and the resupply department. What a mess of a business and what a scam they are running on insurance and the consumer. Please, Please, Please steer clear of this business. Its not a moral or ethical enterprise. I just wanted to warn people before Procare latches on to you and relentlessly hounds you into buying their immorally overpriced products.
