The guy who usually works on my exhaust is out of business. I didn't know who to go to and I was referred to Quality Muffler. I had an employee of mine drop off the truck and it was left at the wrong location.ĵ⁷ It obviously cost the owner money because he had no business where he had booked me. I tried to pay him extra and he would not allow it. He was clearly a man of God and spoke words of encouragement and kindness on the phone every grade. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am.With his business I would recommend it to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. Never been treated so poorly by a stranger in my entire life. Was called names, and spoken to extremely abrasively. Will never service my car there again. Saw two customers coming in with complaints of service done while I was there. Scary place. Think twice before using this business. There’s too many better ones in town.
