Seems to be the only dry cleaner in the valley, but their dry cleaning machine is constantly broken. As far as I have know this business the last 6 months, it has been down twice.

Dropped off suit jackets April 22 and was told they would be ready on the 26th. Never received a call so I called in and they said the machine was broken and waiting for a part to come and that it would be a week. Called back in a week and machine was running but they were backed up. Called again on 5/7 and was told another week and that they would call when they were ready. Never received a call so I called again 5/15 and they said the jackets were ready for pick up. I picked them up and they look nice and clean, but the smell is so bad!!! I’ve been airing them out outside and it’s still not helping! Now I’m wondering if my husband’s suit jackets are ruined!
Friendly service when dropping off, picking up, and calling.

no longer conducts, dry cleaning and contracts it out to another company not worth the time or the money might wanna update your website.

I turned in a formal gown with sentimental value, it might not have made it back on the day expected but when I did have it picked up, it was amazing. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and being so considerate.

Poor Poor Poor... will not come here again if ever I need to use a laundry mat again ..For one Price for a washer , even a large one is $12.00 is pretty steep .. n the broad did not tell us the laundry mat was closing shortly .. All she said was the washer we were bout to use was loud n that we might use the other one but since I already added the soap she said go ahead use this one ... so once we get the washer going .. she kept hounding us .. the wash is done in half hour ok ... you need to dry ... yes! ... Well we didnt get to dry... we ended up leaving with a Wet King size comforter n having to go Palmer Ida Wash to put our comforter in the dryer there ... another nice people n cheaper to boot .. if I have to use a laundry mat again Ida Wash it is ..

Super fast cleaner. Uniforms were done in 2 days. Super happy. More money vs when I lived in Las Vegas but almost everything is here in AK

Quality was good. Prices are a bit steep. Had four men’s suites and two dress coats dry cleaned. Total was $91. Wish we had more options here in the Valley for dry cleaning!!!

They're great! I've been using Alaska Cleaners for years, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dry cleaner!
