I usually don't take the time to do google reviews on local businesses but this one really pissed me off. This is second time i. past few months I "attempt" to use this store to do something that should be easy since I had prepaid labels both times. First time I took an amazon return and it was a little large, but I had prepaid label and I could see the back room when you walk in had other packages awaiting pick up that were as big already, to me it looked like the kid didn't want to lift it so he said they couldn't take it. Now today, I had to return an optic back to Vortex and the kid again at the front told me he couldn't send it because this store don't ship firearm parts... First of all, optics are not firearm parts and Vortex does not sell firearm parts. He said it was a store policy, so basically the owner is using their own beliefs to make rules for ups making them look bad. I went to a UPS store 9 miles away and they had no issues taking it....

For starters, I don’t leave bad reviews. I usually just choose to pass on giving a review. This time I will. I’m spending too much time and gas money running back and forth hoping to get our packages that are there, just unable to be located over and over again. We had a box with the UPS Store in Roswell, NM for a very long time. Packages were delivered and we had no trouble with picking them up. Absolutely no trouble. We thought we would receive the same service here but we have had packages delivered and lost, packages given to people other than our box number, and we hardly never get a package on the same day it is delivered. (Today delivery was at 10:20 AM according to the time stamp yet our packages are nowhere to be found.)
We end up waiting on the store to organize and make our packages available sometimes longer than it took to ship the packages to us. I understand getting busy but today there was absolutely nobody in line I. Front of me and nobody behind me the entire time I was waiting yet somehow things are too busy to find packages.
We are looking into other options.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Callum waited on me & was so very pleasant & helpful. He saved me a LOT of money for my printing needs!!! I highly recommend them.

Underhanded and sneaky business practices. If you need a mailbox, contact mailboxes r us. If it wasn't for them, I would still be having to fight to get my mail from this store. When closing your box, they make you choose between them holding your mail for a fee, forwarding your mail for a fee, or destorying it (also for a fee) which seems pretty illegal.

It closes at 2 pm on a Saturday. The line is always 45 minutes long, even on a weekday at 2 pm. This is ridiculous, hire more staff or open another location. The employees are clearly exhausted and yet they still put on a smile for us and do their best! Thank you guys! Go find a job that will treat you better!

I visited the UPS store in Wasilla for the first time, not having used their services for non-Amazon returns before. I was surprised to find out that simply sending an email costs three dollars, and that doesn't even include printing it, which felt quite expensive. However, I had left my wallet at home, and to my relief, Tresa went out of her way to cover the email fee, an act of generosity and kindness that I truly appreciated. It's these small acts of excellent customer service that can make a difference in a small town business, and I hope UPS recognizes and rewards employees like Tresa who go above and beyond for their customers.
