The people in this store are so helpful and professional, always offering assistance carrying packages. They are kind and the mood in this location is always very welcoming and warm! Love this place!

I love this UPS store. The employees are wonderful. Always willing to go the extra mile, helping take packages to your car and even loading them. The store is always clean and there’s almost never a line. Everyone works so hard to get my mail and packages to me. Every package has been in good shape. They are especially great because you can pick up and ship packages on Sunday! While it can take a day or two after delivery to get to my box, that’s a small price to pay for security and great service. I usually wait a day or two after my delivery notice before I go get my packages . Thanks for your great service!!

I've had a box here for a few years now. The current staff is amazing and does a great job working to get all our packages to us ASAP. It's nice to have a safe place to get packages and friendly faces.

Understaffed, overworked, underpaid, sometimes you have to wait multiple days after your package has been delivered in order to be able to pick it up.Hopefully, there will be a competitor for this location soon.

I just love having a safe place for package delivery. Never have to worry about porch pirates. It's always neat inside. And if I know I'm coming after hours I can call to have my package placed in the overnight box so I can retrieve it after hours. (The exception of course of really large items that can't fit. Those have to be picked up personally.)

Great staff always friendly. I work out of town, they always hold my packages with no problem. when I get in I can usally get them within minutes. Been here three years and renewed again.

Great customer service. I came I. Needing prints of a menu and I completely botched the formatting and size. Khayllia Went above and beyond helping me correct my mistake and print my final product. So great full for the help!

Packages dissappear. Mail is always late to get there. They don't care at all.

Takes up to two weeks after items arrive to get notified of a delivery. Customer Service since new ownership in 2021 really sucks!
