Wouldn't see my 1yr old because they couldn't wear a mask. Then when I left a review they lied responding that the reason they wouldn't see them was because I didnt have a photo ID, even though I had presented photo ID.

All of the staff here treated us with respect and were truly professional. The care that my husband received was beyond our expectations. Having had an injury that was far worse than we expected, Dr. Packer was on the job! He and staff sought out the proper medical attention that my husband required. He networked with outside agencies, hospitals and doctors expeditiously. My husband started here at 12:24pm, was having images done by 1:00pm and was going into surgery at Providence (Anchorage) by 3:00pm. No time was wasted nor spared. Dr. Packer, Dana, and staff saw an urgency and assured that we were in great hands, from the very beginning to the end! Kuddos to this establishment and staff. Thank you all for everything!

Always have a great experience with the physicians, but today I feel like their care team was just as amazing! I was met with compassion and a very bubbly demeanor from Dana!! You guys make being sick a little easier!

I came in there for a really bad problem and Dr Packard was rude and on close to me and was very loud because I had just got done doing wood at my girlfriend's house and I smelled a little bit and he acted like it was the end of the world on God I will place my hand on a Bible and say the same it was hurtful and I left there crying even the nurses apologized to me and said it wasn't that bad so would not recommend ever going there if I lose Packard was there I went in today and found out that he was a doctor today and I turned around and walked out and I'm going somewhere else they have lost my business I was a regular there until he was an uncouth bully to me and it hurts I pray to Jesus that no one else has to deal with him like that that was hurtful and made me very depressed

If I could give zero stars I would. The care from the team was satisfactory, but was overcharged $74 (on top of my $10 copay) when checking out and for 2 months have been trying to solve the billing issue. I cannot get in touch with anyone from their claims department. I am given reasons each time as to why someone is unavailable but this has been the worst customer experience from a medical facility I have experienced in a long time. If someone from the clinic reads this and feels inclined to get in touch with me, please do.

Dr. Packer and his staff are wonderful! I typically go on Base/JBER but who wants to sit at the ER for hours?!
I highly recommend this Urgent Care because it’s clean, friendly staff and a wonderful Doctor. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of Covid. They will take good care of you. Please keep in mind this isn’t a hospital but an Urgent Care facility.

I believe I saw Nathan George today and I would give that man 10 stars if possible he made my visit so comfortable and fun and light-hearted but actually took my pain seriously and validated me he was absolutely exceptional. I left there in such a better mood than when I had arrived, the whole entire staff was gracious and helpful and friendly. Would absolutely go back there.

I have used Lake Lucille Urgent Care for my family for the past two years. They are always great to my kids and I. From Kelcee, who works diligently at the front desk checking us in quickly and getting our insurance and details, to Dana who kindly listened to our issues and assured my daughter she would be ok, to Doctor Packer who provided solid care, with no unreasonable extra tests that aren’t needed, this is a strong team. If you’re trying to decide on which Urgent Care in the area to use- choose this one - the staff makes the clinic! As a veteran who is use to substandard and iffy care as a usual, I like when I have to take my family somewhere are they are treated well. We will keep using Lake Lucille Urgent Care for as long as we live in Wasilla. They also see me on occasion when the VA is overbooked and can’t get me in. They’re a wonderful community care provider and they take CHAMPVA!
