New owners have made the bad decision to lower the quality of service. Half the roller brushes don’t work. Got stuck halfway through the drying part. Truck always comes out dirty now. I’ve been on the membership for two years and just cancelled today. I’m never going back again.

I don't know what happened between the new owners and old, but it looks like the chemicals might have been changed. The tunnel boys did a great job cleaning, but the car still had some dirt on it. I didn't have time to go back through. Tires looked bad on top. Guess I'll be doing that myself as well.

We’ve been using S&D since we moved back here two years ago. It was a great car wash all the way up to a couple months ago. Now it’s under new ownership who apparently don’t care about customer satisfaction! We’re so disappointed. The car goes through way faster and comes out dirty and still wet. We’ve been paying the premium price, but do not plan on continuing to waste our money!

These guys are doing it right!They take the time to scrub your vehicle before you head into the tunnel. They all work together well to get everyone through in a timely manner.Enjoy ?The monthly subscription is well worth it!!

I have been going to this Car Wash for several years and their must be a reason for getting my car cleaned there! They do a great job and always remember to take time to give my Yorkie, Jack a treat! I get my Dodge Charger cleaned frequently and I cannot argue with the charges! Personally, I feel that they are very fair! Especially on the monthly plan!

I waited to have a cooler head to post this because it's a pretty bad review.I paid $30 for the Lava wash, thinking my truck was pretty dirty. I debated buying a regular monthly pass even though I'm only visiting for a week (the math is crazy). I was happy to see that the kiosk does give you the option to buy vouchers for a cheaper future wash. (Acknowledging some of the math debate).I would have waited to get home to wash my vehicle, but I thought this would be helpful, certainly not cheaper, but save me time.I spent 2 additional hours, once I found the vacuum lot around the building, using napkins and a water bottle to try and get some of the areas the washer missed. After an hour, I looked around for an attendant to just ask if I could drive back through and I finally noticed the small closet that provides towels and dash wipes. AHHG!It's a waste to pay for tire dressing when the dirt is just going to run over the oil (it's a waste in Alaska period, but that's a different story and too long for here).Mostly, I wanted the under wash, which I don't even recall it doing.I was... surprised, having 4 people spray down my truck before entering the wash. I admit, I felt special, but it seemed like an overkill- especially reviewing the results.Overall, I spent extra money and time and still ended up having to go somewhere else to wash it again.

From a technical standpoint it is a car wash which is well equipped and did its job and cleaned the vehicle very well. From a personal standpoint the experience was quite nostalgic and took me back to the time when I was a child going through a car wash and watching everything happening outside of the vehicle with fascination. Put simply, it was fun.

Always thorough and as fast as possible. Never disappointed, the foam is several colors, which pleases senses while not having to steer through and can relax while they shiny up your car. Best deal in the valley.

I love it and think its a great deal. Only reason gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is inconsistant prewash. A cpl times Ive barely had a prewash. Othertimes a good prewash.

Roy Erhart is doing to much, it’s a car wash dude! This ain’t the military with much respect to the men and woman that sieved our country including you sir. I feel like you had a bad day and I’m sorry for that. I have been going to this car wash for years and you talk about one experience. I have never had one bad experience and in my opinion SPLASH AND DASH is the best in the valley!!!! I want you to give them another chance and let them redeem themselves instead of bashing and hurting a locally owned business. I will pay for it my self in fact I will go tomorrow and pay for a wash in your name I ask that you please use it.Services: Scratch removal

This is THE BEST CAR WASH EVER! Staff is friendly. I appreciate the pre-spray and scrub before going through. No diet or bugs left behind. My favorite is the dryer - it gets everything.If I lived in Wasilla I would invest in the monthly wash.There isn't a car wash in Anchorage that compares to this one.

Normally this place is 5+ stars. Today, for the first time, not so much. They were busy, as you might expect on a sunny day in March, but the truck came out not clean. The right side was still completely dirt covered from mid door to the running board. Hope it gets better next time.

I’ve been a long time customer of Splash and Dash. I stopped my monthly payment when I had politely asked the wash crew not to step between me and the car in front of me when they wanted me to move. The continued thought I warned of what would happen if a persons foot slipped. I actually watched a soldier get killed by being in between to vehicles while one was moving. Yesterday I had asked if the gentleman with the brush could get my front windshield, as the last time they missed so much. And if he couldn’t run the brush under the window vents like they had done for years. He said he would. They hit the button to have my truck go through. Barely got to my front windshield. Didn’t do any of the side windows. I went back to talk with a manager and explain the situation. She stated they were all new. 6 people were in the bay. And they weren’t very busy as they normally would be. I explained he said he would do it. Then she switched and said they aren’t allowed to wash the side windows. I asked then why would he say he’d do it, then just not do it. (It was an older gentleman I talked to). She said they are new. As I tried to explain that if he had just said he couldn’t? I could have accepted that. She then started to have an attitude with me over the situation. I realized then that this was a person not willing to accept responsibility for her staff. She’s a manager. All the years I would go and they would actually make it a point to clean my truck now turned into more eye wash than anything. My front windshield that I wanted her to look at. She developed that attitude and didn’t even come out of the office to see. I will not utilize their services anymore. My intention was to have my truck washed. Then it was to just explain the situation. It turned into a manager with zero customer service skills. It’s very sad. I would tip the cleaning crew $5 to $10. That day I actually tipped $5. Then immediately I regretted it due to them not doing what they just said they would do. Again. Sad. Just sad.
