Entire town is living in ONE building. That is mind-blowing. It was a unique experience for me. I came here in mid-Jan and it was too windy.

I believe there is no other place in the world where an entire town lives in a single building. The ground floor is open to the public, while the rest is restricted to residents only — which is completely understandable, as they deserve their privacy.
