Awesome cruise with Captain Jenn and naturalist Aubrey! We felt safe, well-cared for and the commentary was great. We enjoyed a variety of weather during our cruise and saw the most beautiful rainbow! I also liked getting off the boat to walk along the beach- the small black stones were worn smooth and thin and being able to look up close to the incredible mosses and vegetation was fascinating!

Enjoyed the wonderland of Prince William Sound aboard a Lazy Otter vessel in early October. Great experience with knowledgeable captain (Jennifer) and her first mate (Michelle). Loved our pre-cruise lunch at the cafe, too. Great day!

Had an amazing time at the glacier tour!! The crew (Jenn and Aubrey) were absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. The tour was gorgeous and we were able to see the glaciers in all their brilliance. We also came across some marine wildlife and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!
Lazy Otter Charters were very clear in their communication and kept us updated on all the important aspects of the tour and ensured the whole experience was comfortable.

Excellent boat tour to see the glaciers in Prince William Sound. Our captain Jenn and naturalist Aubrey were pleasant and knowledgeable. They both made sure we had a smooth ride and were looking out to show us wildlife, both tidewater glaciers in the area and pointed out other glaciers, got up close to a waterfall and landed on a beach at decision point. Highly recommend!

Once in a lifetime experience! This was the highlight of our trip to Alaska. Capt. Jen was phenomenal and so knowledgeable about all things Alaska. We learned so much about the glaciers and the wildlife. The best 8 hours we have ever spent on a boat. The sandwich lunch and snacks were wonderful. Lazy Otter Charters did an exceptional job of making this a 10/10 experience!

ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!
Lazy Otter Charters absolutely saved our trip to Prince William Sound! We were filming in Alaska, and had to make numerous schedule changes due to weather and other complications, and they were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. When we found ourselves with a last-minute opening and called them that morning desperately needing an activity, they worked hard to fit us in and make it happen.
The kayaking experience at Blackstone Glacier was absolutely stunning and otherworldly - truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. But what really sets Lazy Otter apart is their customer service. They answered every call, worked with our constantly shifting schedule, and maintained a positive, can-do attitude throughout. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their customers have an amazing experience. Even when we were probably being a bit of a headache with all our changes, they never made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
If you're looking for an incredible (and affordable!) day in Prince William Sound that combines breathtaking experiences with outstanding customer service, I can't recommend Lazy Otter Charters highly enough. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into one of the highlights of our Alaska trip.

I came to their cafe for breakfast, and wow!!! Delicious food and honest prices with views right over the harbor. The salmon dip sandwich and clam chowder were DELICIOUS and that paired with a fireweed lotus and a cute sticker was only 20ish bucks. What a refreshing way to start the morning, it feels so good to know there’s still some real gems out there like this one!🦦💖

Captain Ty treated my family with an awesome eight hour experience on 8/18/25. Our captain was extremely informative and personable through every part of the trip. The boat was in great condition. The food and snacks made everyone happy. I would do it again and recommend it to family and friends.

Three female employees, no smiles, 2 of them looked like they didn’t want to be there. Chowder was all potato. If you want to grab a coffee to go and don’t care about the atmosphere than this will do the trick.
