“Just completed a six day stay at Leonard's. I've stayed here several times before and I've always been happy, but they have really stepped up their game. Staff is friendly and was very responsive to e-mail inquiries prior to visiting, and and in-person requests while we were there. Facilities are clean and well maintained, and they've made some nice upgrades to the walk-in freezers and fish cleaning station for those who choose to process their own fish (we chose to use Leonard's for processing our fish). Also, for the first time our group took a break from fishing and booked a charter to the Hubbard Glacier (well worth it). If you're visiting Yakutat I highly recommend Leonard's Landing,”

“This is a great place if your into wilderness fly fishing for salmon all types, plus deep water fishing for Halibut. The lodging is best at the main house overlooking the ocean but for the adventurous the small cabins and apartments are a treat. We have been 4 times for a week first time with guides (recommended) and afterwards self guiding, plenty o fish and wildlife to go around.The Fannings will always be remembered as hard working people that set out decades ago building a once in a lifetime resort God bless them both.”
