This is by far the worst tire shop in Whitecourt, Alberta. The new owners clearly don’t know how to run a business, and the person who calls himself the “boss” has absolutely no customer service skills. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and has zero communication skills. On a scale of 0 to 10 for professionalism, this place deserves a 0. I will never come back, and I will make sure others know exactly what kind of people are running this shop. They do not deserve this business

Wouldn't use this place again . 80$ to get a vavle stem replaced . They didn't even take the tire off . The shop smelt like weed . Guess that's why it's called happy tire. ?. They respond back with sorry u feel that way u came in with a flat . Not true just had a valve stem changed as it was the wrong 1 . No mention about the shop smells like weed like puff puff pass . All for a good time just not when u r working on my tires . Find a different shop . Like 1 that's professional would be my advice . Even kaltire would be better and they suck 2

This place is an ABSOLUTE CLOWN SHOW!!!
I just had a seasonal changeover. They didn't even inflate the tires properly.
Bare minimum requirements of a tire shop were not met...
Go somewhere else!!!

Be aware with this company they are not responsible for any damage they might cause to your property or aquipment.I called this company for a skid steer tire repair (2020 skidsteer) more then a year ago and all what they did is rip and bend the rim.So they screwed me up my day plus I had to buy a new rim $500. I did try to solve this issue with them and they didn't care at all. All what they will do is just call you names I still have pictures of the rim.I didn't post this review because I thought at the end they were going to do something about.But not they didn't
